Manual therapy

Manual therapy is based on the ancient oriental techniques for treating the spine.

It is divided into subsections:

  • Techniques for working out soft tissues - muscles, skin, subcutaneous fat.
  • Joint technique.
  • Specific manipulations that come from osteopathy.
  • Body-oriented therapy - the doctor achieves maximum relaxation of the patient.
  • Work with the bones of the skull, sacrum, cervical spine.
  • Visceral therapy - working out the internal organs.

The main difference from massage is the effect not only on muscles, but also on the vertebrae, intervertebral discs, bones, joints.
